07/12/2009:update the file
From the early hours, I’m busy helping my mate update a proposal file of FHSB’s project. The file that Imanaged to run was Phase 3 Project. The updates process included re-edit and issue back the development imagery. This type of job exposed me more familiarity a propos of this kind of business.
Ms Zaliza Zainal working out today therefore my work quite lightly today. Maybe she has something to do at DBKL..
Who knows…?
Ahead with this note, I include the imaginary propose of Phase 3 of Taman Fadason, Kepong.

We are the company that joint-ventured with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur in this field. So any procurement we have to follow the detail from them. At Saturday they're off, thus we use this opportunity to tidy up all our work. I used my time with completing this blog.That's for the day.

04/12/2009:last minute call
Wooyah can’t wait. There’s also some an interesting activity there with bunch of my bestfriend. They are going to play rugby, enter a competition. I’m excited to watch and can’t wait to go back and join them. It’s party time baby. Hahaha.. Stress makes me crazy! *sigh*

Back to the reality; today I’m doing some summary about the last past surveillances. The summary included all the procedures that I learned and yes I found it is very useful. Never wasted! Suddenly my neighbor, Ms. Chloe wakes me up with a strange paper. Holy s***!!

Tomorrow I’m working!!!
It is a replacement for Christmas.
Its okay. I wholehearted accepted it.

After 5 minute in sad mood, I’m okay then. I continue my work and I know I love this job.

The phase already occupied. The surveys held because we want to know if the population satisfied with the house’s state. We also want to know which part of the house was modified most and the result showed everybody satisfied with us and so far they have no problem regarding the quality of the house development.

02/12/2009-deeper privasation
Today, nothing complex assignment involved. Today, my activity is more to learn. I learn about a relationship of privasation agreement between mayor and our company, Fadason Holdings Sdn Bhd. The agreement contains conditions of the projects involved. This field of business needs good understandings of knowledge. If does not know the basic things and the right procedures of every stage the work will failure.
That’s the things I did this morning.
In the noon side, there’s few work to do. My project team went to DBKL while I settle up some documentation at the office. At 0300, I went to DBKL Jalan Raja Laut. I went there to hands Ms Zaliza the privasation agreement. She left it at office while rushing this morning.
Then go back and punch card off.

17/11/2009-well,its strata again
As you know, I have well-read about strata. Before this, I only review basic things about strata and its related stuffs but today there’s a lot about strata that I reveled. Today, my task is to end my understanding about this method.
Even sometimes it’s kind of bored, but from what I learned strata was very important. The strata title was one that we can assumed as a bridge connection between developer and purchaser. For purchaser a strata is exceedingly essential procedures in order they can claim from the developer. A good developer will definitely provide strata title for their customers.
Here I also like to thank to my supervisor because she guided me very well from zero understanding about this stuff to well understanding.

Heloo.
At Fadason the second and fourth week on Saturday is a working of half day time. As its not a formal day, everybody wearing a casual appearances. Today we're not going out. We updating and preparing document for next week's task. Nothing pressure for today and we enjoy the day. Im working on facebook today. Sometimes we need to be honest aite? *sigh*

Everything is fine today so I go to work with smiley on my faces.
Arrived at office as always and got a lot of job to be taken care of today. First of all in morning, Ms Zaliza who was my supervisor has told me that she want me to join her in inspection session today. The inspection held Damai Terrace 2, 4C section of Taman Fadason Kepong. It will be attend by Project Manager of FHSB Mr. Thigarajah, DBKL’s staff, Alam Flora’s people and others related to.
To make you all clear, I will explain the basis of this thing. The project of Taman Fadason is a joint project between FHSB and Dewan Banadaraya Kuala Lumpur in order to mounting this area. The company will will contribute 20% of unit price sales of building to the DBKL. DBKL’s management will freely let developer build up the building based on the development order or DO. The DO has been granted in the meeting with authority management of the area before this. As the result, the inspection held in order to check whether the project’s required with what’s promise in the DO.
The inspection also takes place to checking up whether the company use legal approach or not in built up the building. Thus they also check up about the drains; water flow management and green zone part. Green zone means the grass area that required in the area. After they doing the inspections, only few things need to personalized. We at the project’s department also required to submit the grass’s measurement. The measurement process maybe will be done next week. End of the day.
